LETTER WRITING GUIDELINES
WE REVIEW ALL LETTERS PRIOR TO SENDING TO ENSURE THE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR OUR RECIPIENTS. PLEASE NOTE SOME IMPORTANT GUIDELINES WHEN WRITING LETTERS:
Be mindful of others’ religious beliefs.
Keep things positive and supportive.
Do not give personal contact information.
Be mindful that some recipients know they are terminal or will always have lifelong illnesses and can be sensitive to comments like; “You will beat this/get better”, “It’s meant to be/God’s plan”, etc.
Please note if letters do not meet the above criteria they may not be delivered to the recipient.
